About SPIKE Credit Processing 

SPIKE(スパイク) is processing service provided by Metaps Inc. 

All the interaction with SPIKE is encrypted with SSL. We nor SPIKE never store your credit card information in our database.

You will find the payment as *SPIKE.CC* or *SPKCC.MTPS* on your credit record.

The date of this record varies depending upon processed date, which may different to the date of your order.

Payment flow

Once we confirm your appointment for our fitness service, a confirmation email will be sent.

On the payment link on the confirmation email,

please proceed to the payment window which is provided by SPIKE.

Issuing receipt

Please contact your rep for receipt.

Alternatively you can see the credit payment record.

Cancelation Policy

Payment should be made 24 hours prior to the appointment

otherwise the appointment will be cancelled.

For you to receive the full refund,

we must be notified 24 hours in advance of scheduled sessions.

You must receive confirmation of cancellation from us.

If you do not appear for a scheduled appointment or fail to give 24 hours notice,

you will be charged for the full session.

Please write if you are going to be more than 5 minutes late for a session.

Personal trainers will only wait 15 minutes for late arrivals

and your sessions will start and end at the time agreed upon.
